Does NEXORA work offline?
Yes. NEXORA is offline-first. After activation, every feature works without an internet connection. Your data lives on your device, not in the cloud.
Is NEXORA a subscription?
No. NEXORA is a one-time purchase. Pay once, activate on up to three devices, and use it for life. There are no recurring fees.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There are no accounts, no email logins, and no tracking. After purchase you receive a license key — that key is the only thing you need to activate NEXORA.
Is NEXORA good for people with ADHD?
Yes. NEXORA is designed for focused, neurodivergent minds. There are no streaks, no notifications, and no dopamine traps. The interface supports working memory, time orientation, and executive function with calm, low-friction interactions.
Which devices does NEXORA work on?
NEXORA installs as a desktop or mobile app (PWA) on Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, iPhone, iPad, and Android — anywhere with a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).
How many devices can I use with one license?
Up to three devices per license. Activate any combination — for example, a laptop, a phone, and a tablet. You can deactivate a device in Settings to free a slot.
Can I transfer my license to a new computer or phone?
Yes. On the old device, open Settings → License → Deactivate this device. That frees a slot. Then activate NEXORA on the new device with the same key.
How do I back up my data?
Open Settings → Data → Export JSON. NEXORA downloads a backup file you can save to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, or anywhere else. Use Import JSON on another device to restore.
Will NEXORA upload my data anywhere?
No. NEXORA never uploads your tasks, habits, notes, contacts, or money. The only network traffic is to the license server during activation and deactivation.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds are handled through Payhip (the checkout platform). Contact us within 14 days of purchase if NEXORA doesn't fit your needs and we'll work it out.
Will I get free updates?
Yes. Your license includes all future updates to NEXORA — bug fixes, new features, and design improvements.
Can I sync between devices automatically?
No automatic sync — that's a deliberate privacy choice. Use Export JSON / Import JSON to move your data between devices manually whenever you want.
